Your Personal Assistant

Name your own assistant. The name is saved on your profile and applies to your PA conversation; other people’s assistant names stay unchanged. Changes save automatically.

Chat window

Choose whether Chat opens in the floating panel or goes straight to the full Chat page. Changes save automatically.
Off by default. When switched on, the Chat button opens the full Chat page instead of the floating panel.

Password

Choose a strong password with at least 6 characters.

Personal details

Only you can edit these — changes save automatically. Admins can view them for HR purposes, but never edit them on your behalf.
Colleagues only ever see the month and day — never the year. The full date is visible to admins for HR purposes.

Desktop pop-ups use your browser's own notifications and can only appear while a 5MLOS tab is open — it can be in the background or minimised, but if you close it there is nothing left running to notify you. For alerts with the app closed, use the 5MLOS mobile app.
